This airline just boarded a whole plane (to Calgary) before keeping us locked inside with no AC and no water by 70°F for 2 hours.

Why? Because they found out right before take off that Calgary's airport was closed.

I would like to personally thank the G7 summit and all the VIPs attending. Thank you for closing an airport for your personal needs. Your time is more important than ours obviously.
